Counseling for Depression

Depression can be debilitating; it’s symptoms numerous: sadness, tearfulness, emptiness or hopelessness, insomnia or sleeping too much, loss of interest or pleasure in most or all normal activities, a lack of energy, trouble with thinking or concentrating, feelings of worthlessness or guilt, fixating on past failures or self-blame.

By talking about all that is going on in your life, past and present and learning coping skills you will begin to find new ways to live. In some cases medication is also helpful. I want to help you find relief from the above and find your best self in the process.
